I am a senior microbiologist at MORU and have been involved in melioidosis research for 30 years. My areas of expertise include diagnostic microbiology, epidemiology and soil microbiology. I am an expert in laboratory diagnosis and characterization of bacterial agents, specifically Burkholderia spp. (melioidosis), Leptospira spp., and Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA.
