Karen Melham is responsible for promoting quality and performance in OVG, particularly in relation to legal and regulatory obligations in research.
She worked for 10 years in the University sponsor office (Research Governance Ethics and Assurance). Prior to that, she researched the ethical legal and social implications of emerging technologies in healthcare and chaired NHS Oxford A REC. She is an EMCC accredited coach and works within the university's coaching network.
