Head of Programmes

I oversee the delivery of all postgraduate teaching and training activity in the department. Find out more about our programmes here:

My role covers:

  • managing the development process for new course proposals
  • programme design and business case scrutiny for new programmes
  • quality assurance of operational processes for all postgraduate teaching initiatives
  • influencing policy planning and governance for our programmes

Coaching

I am also qualified as a professional coach, and have experience of coaching both students and staff to further their personal and career development. I can offer the following expertise:

  • an informal conversation about the potential benefits of engaging with a coach (more information for staff here: University’s staff coaching network)
  • advise on setting up and/or running a coaching/mentoring programme 
  • qualitative research experience in coaching
