As part of the Oxford Global Health initiative, the Department of Biology at the University of Oxford is seeking two independent researchers to bring exciting new perspectives to the study of mycology. This post will focus on fungal resistance and fungal disease in humans and animals, to complement the second post focused on plant fungal disease. It is expected that the successful candidate will be committed to research aimed at the improvement of global health, including fundamental biology to unlock new approaches to fungal control.

These posts will be for five years in the first instance, with the possibility of extension.
